  • Wednesday: Norfolk 0800-1600
    • Cut-Off Norfolk: Tuesday 1600
  • Friday: Baltimore 0800-1700
    • Cut-Off Baltimore: Friday 1400
  • Saturday: Philadelphia 0800-1200
    • Cut-off Philadelphia: Friday 1600
  • Monday: Norfolk 0800-1800

SERVICE ADVISORY - April 25, 2024

Port of Baltimore Update

Columbia Coastal Transport is happy to announce that we are able to resume our barge service into and out of the Port of Baltimore. The Columbia Freedom will be transiting the newly opened access channel into the Port on Thursday afternoon for cargo operations to take place at Seagirt Marine Terminal on Friday April 26, 2024.

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to the need to have escort assistance getting into and out of the Port of Baltimore, Columbia Coastal Transport is forced to add a $50.00 “escort surcharge” to all containers loading and discharging in Baltimore in an effort to recoup some of the extra expenses incurred to meet these USCG requirements. Please be assured, when access requirements to the Port have returned to normal, we will suspend this surcharge.
